100% Gluten-Free Food Truck Catering
One of the things that makes CheSa's Gourmet Food Truck different is that our food is 100% gluten-free.
Guests don't have to search through the menu to determine which items are gluten-free. Our concept was built around creating food with big flavor while maintaining our gluten-free focus.
Menus vary depending on the event and may include selections inspired by CheSa's signature Cajun-Creole and comfort-food dishes, along with customized event menus.
How Food Truck Booking Works
- Submit Your Event Request
Tell us your event date, location, estimated guest count, service time and type of event. - Select Your Menu
Choose your event menu with our team. Custom menus may also be available depending on the event and guest count. - Secure Your Date
A $300 booking deposit is required to reserve the food truck and event date.
Depending on the event, an additional food deposit of approximately 25–50% may be required. - Finalize Your Event
Final guest count, menu selections and service details are confirmed before the event. Final payment is generally due two days prior to service. - We Bring CheSa's to You
Our team brings the CheSa's experience directly to your event, with food cooked to order whenever the event format allows.
Custom Food Truck Menus
Every event is different. Depending on the event, we can create a focused menu designed for efficient food-truck service and your guest count.
Custom event menus generally include up to six menu items and can accommodate events ranging from approximately 100 to 500 guests, with larger events considered based on service requirements.
Corporate Food Truck Catering
CheSa's Gourmet Food Truck is available for corporate food truck catering throughout Chicago and Chicagoland, including office lunches, employee appreciation events, company celebrations, conferences, brand activations and workplace events.
We work directly with companies, event planners, property managers, venues and food-truck booking agencies.
Wedding & Private Event Food Truck Catering
CheSa's Gourmet Food Truck can provide food-truck catering for Chicago weddings, rehearsal events, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, graduation parties, family gatherings and private events.
Menus can be structured around the event style, guest count and service needs.
Festivals, Schools & Community Events
CheSa's also participates in festivals, school and university events, neighborhood celebrations, community programs and large public events throughout the Chicago area.
