Our menu celebrates Cajun-Creole and Southern flavors through Chef CheSa's Chicago perspective, featuring seafood, brunch favorites, comfort food, cocktails and house specialties — all prepared gluten-free.

From Chicago Food Truck to Bistro & Bar

Before CheSa's Bistro & Bar, there was CheSa's Gourmet Food Truck.

The food truck brought Chef CheSa's cooking directly to neighborhoods, businesses, festivals, corporate events, weddings, private celebrations and community events throughout Chicago and the surrounding area.

That same spirit eventually grew into CheSa's Bistro & Bar, giving guests a place to experience CheSa's while the food truck continues to serve events throughout Chicagoland.

Today, CheSa's offers two ways to experience our food:

CheSa's Bistro & Bar — our Chicago restaurant for 100% gluten-free Cajun-Creole dining, brunch, dinner, cocktails, celebrations and private events.

CheSa's Gourmet Food Truck — available for corporate events, employee appreciation events, weddings, festivals, schools, private parties, community events and catered experiences.

Meet Chef CheSa

Chef CheSa is the owner and Executive Chef behind CheSa's Bistro & Bar and CheSa's Gourmet Food Truck.

Her cooking combines Cajun-Creole inspiration, Southern comfort food and Chicago flavor while demonstrating that gluten-free food can be every bit as exciting, satisfying and memorable as traditional dining.

What began as a food truck has grown into a restaurant, catering operation and mobile dining experience built right here in Chicago.
