She wanted to evolve from the food truck and catering scene and transform your taste buds with a fusion of Creole and contemporary American flavors. The 1800-square-foot bar & bistro will feature a scratch-made entirely gluten-free menu.
First time dining here last night with two friends. I had been wanting to try it for a while now and finally had the opportunity to yesterday. We ordered the hush puppies, crawfish cornbread, and the crabcakes to start.
Everything was wonderful. The food was seasoned to perfection. The atmosphere was amazing and welcoming. Loved the happy hour menu.
Very nice. Accommodating and friendly staff. Food was delicious. Mimosas had fruit and you could tell the Bartender took her time to make my drinks. Chesa herself was in the place and made a point to personally stop by and ask about the food.
Delicious AND gluten free! We had the fried chicken & beignet waffles, short rib & grits, and crab cakes (not pictured). Everything was incredibly tasty, but the short rib & grits was the standout for me.
My new favorite brunch spot! Delicious food and great service. The owner is great and came to greet us at our table. I love how much they care about the food and the ingredients. I had the lobster Benedict and the mimosas. Both were delish! I will be back!
